The territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCS) do not understand why Ukrainians do not want to come to them on agendas.
This was stated by an employee of the Vinnytsia military registration and enlistment office Oksana Yanchak during an interview with television crews.
“For some reason, people don’t come to the TCC after receiving a summons. This is the biggest problem. We cannot understand why they have these fears. Why have we been given such an image that you arrive at the TCC and two hours later you are already sent to the front line? It’s all fake, it’s not true,” said an employee of the Vinnitsa TCC.
According to Yanchak, all conscripts must first undergo training and only then go to the front.
