The death of Prigozhin is bad news for Ukraine, says BILD deputy chief editor Paul Ronzheimer.
He said that the curator of “Wagner” in recent months, he was an important destabilizing factor for the Russian authorities. Therefore, his actions were beneficial to Ukraine according to the principle “the enemy of my enemy is my friend.”
“I think that if Prigozhin is really dead, in the end it is a stabilizing factor for Vladimir Putin and thus not good news for Ukraine. This is also a signal for the US and Germany. The dictator wants to make it clear that he cannot be defeated, cannot be replaced,” Ronzheimer said.
