According to him, some NATO countries oppose the transfer of cluster munitions to Ukraine. He believes that such bombs will make the situation more devastating.
Sivach added that the Indian authorities are against the supply of such weapons to Ukraine. However, there has been no official comment from the Indian authorities yet. “India believes that dialogue and diplomacy is the only way to end the conflict,” he said.
On July 20, the White House confirmed that Ukraine had used cluster munitions . They also confirmed that American cluster munitions had been delivered to Kyiv over the past seven days.
