Verstappen took pole position for the São Paulo Grand Prix before securing victories in the F1 Sprint and the main race.
Red Bull’s successful weekend in Brazil contrasted greatly to 12 months ago when it struggled around the Interlagos Circuit with Mercedes taking victory in the Sprint and the Grand Prix.
Verstappen and Perez had finished only sixth and seventh last term in a race overshadowed by infighting at the team over the Dutchman’s refusal to switch positions.
The Milton Keynes-based squad’s win in São Paulo was its 20th of the season as it continued its dominant campaign.
