WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – A Lexington County bail bondsman was arrested on Tuesday and charged with child sex crimes.
According to arrest warrants from the South Carolina Attorney General’s office, Patrick Ryan Greer, 40, sent money online to a 16-year-old girl in exchange for nude photos.
Greer was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of attempted first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
The arrest warrant says Greer convinced the teenage girl to take nude photos by saying, “You ain’t got the heart,” and “You scared.”
The crimes happened in West Columbia, according to the arrest warrants.
According to South Carolina business records and social media profiles, Greer founded 1 King Bail Bonds in West Columbia.
Greer had a bond hearing on Wednesday morning and was given a bond of more than $250,000. At last check, he was still being held at the Lexington County Detention Center.
